Food & Beverage Industry
Manufactured from natural, premium coconut shells, this food-grade activated carbon undergoes rigorous acid and water washing processes to ensure minimal ash and metal content, fully complying with food safety standards. It offers powerful decolorization and refining capabilities while simultaneously improving product taste. It is extensively applied in the decolorization, impurity removal, and refining of xylitol, glucose, food additives, monosodium glutamate (MSG), and beverages.
This series typically has an iodine value between 900-1100 mg/g and a large specific surface area. It is characterized by extremely low acid-soluble matter, iron content below 0.05%, a neutral or weakly acidic pH, moisture content under 5%, and a bulk density of 0.45-0.55 T/m³, ensuring both safety and purity in food production.
